PLEASE NOTE:
In order to better manage the centre and help our clients effectively, appointments are preferable but not essential. Having an appointment however, ensures that we have the appropriate staff available to deal with any specific issues.
What to bring to an appointment:
¨ Proof of Residence
¨ Proof of Identification
¨ Centrelink Income Statement
¨ Any bills you need help with e.g.Original Electricity accounts (not reminders or disconnection notice.)
