1986 Established Emergency Relief Fund from FaCS funding that continues to this day.
1986 Established the Baby Restraint Rental Scheme which ceased in 2005.
1986 Auspice for Singleton Leisure Learning that went on to become Singleton Community College.
1987 Auspice for HAAC who formed own m/c and is a thriving independent service to this day.
1988 Obtained funding for HAAC ($5 805.59) and Marie Farnon was employed to manage HAAC including Home Maintenance and Modification Scheme.
1988 Auspice for Family Support Scheme and was granted $900 to further that aim.
1988 Women’s Health Clinic was established by Lorna Scott (Hunter New England Health) and continues to this day.
1989 Women’s Health Clinic began an outreach into Jerry’s Plains (No longer functioning).
1990 Family Support Scheme was initiated with its own management committee (This is a thriving independent service to this day).
1990 Domestic Violence education grant received.
1990 Auspice for Singleton Domestic Violence Committee (No longer functioning).
1990 Commenced Neighbourhood Notes in the local paper (No longer functioning).
1990 Live on radio 2 NM Thursdays reporting on local events (No longer functioning).
1992 Rental Link a weekly accommodation register began (No longer functioning).
1992 St Clair Aboriginal Corporation Emergency Relief project uses centre as a venue (No longer functioning).
2003 Telstra voucher scheme commenced (No longer functioning)
2003 Liddell Open Cut Coal donation established a breakfast and lunch club at King Street School.
2004 Macquarie Generation provided $33,000 over three years for crisis accommodation for women and children in Singleton.
2005 Xstrata Coal pay the centre’s rent of $10,000 per annum as an ongoing commitment.
2006 Centrelink Case Management project commenced (not running anymore).
2007 Xstrata Coal launched a building fund for the centre with a $300,000 donation.
2007 Macquarie Generation pledged to continue crisis accommodation funding of $33,000 for a further three years.
2007 Nominated for Singleton Outstanding Business Award in the not-for-profit category.
2007 Voted Runner up in the not-for-profit category - Outstanding Business Award.
2008 Xstrata Coal provided $4,000 to fund King Street School breakfast and lunch project and continues to this day.
2008 Xstrata Coal donated an additional $300,000.00 to the building fund.
2008 Purchased building for the new Neighbourhood Centre.
2008 Winner of Singleton Outstanding Business Award in the not-for-profit category.
2008 Purchased the new centre with funding from Xstrata Coal.
2009 Moved into the new centre on the 1st September with the Official opening on the 23rd September 2009. Centre was opened by the Mayor Cr Sue Moore and Trevor Wells from Xstrata Coal.
2010 Macquarie Generation pledged to continue crisis accommodation for the next year.
2011 Community Garden created for the community of Singleton, funded by Community Builder’s Partnership of NSW through the NSW Government, was officially opened 14th November by Hon. George Souris MP – member for Upper Hunter.
2018 Opening of OpenDoor @ SNC.
